Who make the original Lexus and L-tuned suspension

Does somebody knows who is manufacturing the L-tuned shocks/springs and the original Lexus GS shocks?
I heard from some one that they were made by KYB, but he was not sure. Anybody?

somehow i have an impression (read before) that the stock shocks are kyb too.... the l-tuned, i forgot.... either kyb or bilesten?
