Default Adjusting ride height on Tein CS coilovers

Hey guys. I tried to find my instruction manual or an online version of it for my coilovers, but came up empty handed. Since I had a shop install my coilovers, this will be my first time messing with them myself, so I would just like to make sure I don't screw anything up.

I'm planning on raising my car up just a squidge since I think there is some fender rubbing, especially in the rear. I imagine that once I remove the wheel and scissor-jack-up the car, it will be fairly obvious what I should do, but does anyone have any tips or things I should know?

I believe all I need to do is look for this:

And twist it with one of these:

(For the record, I know I have those wrenches, but I'm not sure what that green thing is. I found this picture online.)

Thanks in advance.

Ah, ok, thanks. I have an EDFC, so I suppose that was either not included or unnecessary for me.

So do I have the height adjustment "procedure" pretty much covered there?

if you have strong hand, use one tool with one hand, using both of the tools with both hands make it easier to turn.

The big metal things are called spanner wrenches and you use one in each direction to tighten or loosen the perches which are the round things on the coilover strut that the spring sits on. You may or may not need the green tool to adjust the dampening. I would think that the EDFC is a device that has presets stored in it like a radio and you press a button to select which setting you would like. You probably still need to adjust the dampening manual but this I am not sure of. The height adjustment I am quite certain of. I have done it 100 times before.

Hope this helps.
