Technically, you can make any brakes work depending on how much you want to spend and if you have the wheels to clear them and the know how to make them fit/bolt-on.
But in all reality, the LS400 brakes are more than enough, clear most wheels, easy to find, and are far cheaper than the TT brakes.

both of them bolt on, I like to use the LS400 ones myself they are lighter, cheaper, and have great stopping power, a must for na-t if you like stopping. Supra ones are better if you do lots and lots of high speed braking, but you would have to really push the ls400 ones to have issues thats what I am running they are pretty awesome.

First, what upgrade is right for you depends on the kind of driving and/or horsepower you have. In general. BUt personally I feel that SC300/400's should have had the LS400 front brakes from the factory. The SC3 fronts, at least, never felt safe even with a stock car unless you were to drive it in a sedated manner all the time.
Second, the TT rear calipers and rotors bolt right up to your existing assembly once you either trim the factory backing plate lip for about 1" diameter additional clearance or swap in a set of TT rear dust shields, which will run you about $320 for a set. You get the old ones off by notching with a Dremel cutting wheel and you do the same notching to get the new ones on. But given the cost of the calipers alone, those are some expensive dust shields. The front TT dust shields (which you can use for the LS400 swap as well) cost FAR less-- about $25 a piece and are definitely worth it.
