Default Alignment for Lowered Cars.

I have IS that is lowered in f sport lowering springs. I was getting an alignment today and the guy told me that he cant get 100% to the factory specs but like 80% to the factory specs. Is this true? He said that right front can not be on the factory spec just close to it.

Same thing is happening to my car after lowering it on Tein H-Techs. It's part due to the design of the "Lexus Lean" (Driver side front is lower than passenger side). Eventually, if you go low enough, it will require SPC ball joints to adjust camber back into spec.

toe and thrust angle should be doable to 0, it's just camber that will be off but a slight drop shouldn't make it too bad

Take it to JC autohouse in Temple city. I also have fsport springs but cyrus can put it back to factory spec with ease. Hit him up! 626 2877781

i have the same problem!
lowered on eibach prokit
right side is higher than the left side in front from car
is it a faillure from the factory?
i never look at it before its was lowered
is this normal?

It should only occur with stock springs, as aftermarket springs provide even drops on all 4 corners. A completely factory/stock Lexus IS will always have a lean with the driver's side lower than the passenger side.

nope.. the 2is has an uneven lean even on aftermarket springs. Only true fix is coilovers.
