Does your front suspension clunk when turning slowly? I have RCAs as well and they clunk once they release tension due to the torque applied by turning the wheel. I have tightened them down, but I can't get rid of the clunk completely.

Anyone else have this problem?

Nice method! Usually most people use the flat washers if they're cheap like that.

If you guys have access to a machine shop then use the Solidworks file that I posted a while back. It was for a 30mm but you can modify the height to your liking. I cut a couple pairs for myself and they're still fine after three years.

Do they clunk when you turn or anything?

Maybe I'm off here, but doesn't this put more strain on the bolts and the threads they run into?

Not bad mouthing this... very resourceful, and what I think is a good idea.

I would probably weld them to the lower ball joints for good measure, but I like to over do things

nice idea, but did these cleared enough space for LS400 brakes, or some grinding of cappilers was still needed?
