Default buying road magnets help

so i love these springs, but my question is should i buy new shocks? i got 55k on my stock ones...and do i have to buy anything else like bump stops or something? thanks guys total noob when it comes to cars

Buy coils and be done with it. If you don't have to buy shocks now, you will very soon.. and then you'll end up paying more for everything than if you had just spent the $675 on coils in the first place.
