It really depends on how you want your ride. Really soft? Super stiff? Somewhere in between?

I think I have mine set to 10 clicks in the front and 12 clicks in the back. (1 = softest and 16 = stiffest)

Play around with them and see what feels right for you

just put mine on last week. set them to 8 front & back. seems softer than stock, but a smooth ride though. so a little higher like bob says seems right. unless your slamming then you need to go stiff to avoid rubbing

I have the lp's not ez's and I'm maxed out on stiffness in order to hopefully rub less.... It sucks haha it's so bumpy.

This is my current setup. I'm about to lower it another half inch though. I got use to the ride, but my friends say they can feel every bump in the road lol. The vibration at brake is really annoying too. I drove my parents LS this past week and when i got back into my car the ride felt horrible. I'm now readjusted though
