Default Sport suspensions vs h&r springs

Has anyone went from the sport suspensions (not fsport) to hr springs? Hows the ride and handling feel? Does it look any lower?

You can look at any pictures and see the lowering difference.. that's not a question.

I'm super curious about ride quality too, though..

Ride quality is very close to stock. A tiny bit stiffer but very comfortable.
Height on 19a

How's the handling vs the regular sport suspension setup though?
