Anyone with any experience running H&Rs + 18" OEM wheels and spacers? I found threads with people running F-Sports + spacers and 15mm front/20mm rear seemed to work ok with minimal rubbing. But.. H&Rs have an additional .3"-.4" of drop.

Anyone?

You will be fine in rear for sure. Springs doesn't drop much; 1.4F 1.3R won't kill the wheel gap. However not sure if you will rub when turning with 15mm front spacers.

Yeah the front is actually where I'm more worried about. It looks from other threads that 15mm pushes the outermost lip of the tires just a little bit out. I may go 10mm just to be safe..

Stock +45 offset and 10mm spacer = +35 offset. You'll be fine at +35, as there generally is enough room for you to clear the fender liner tabs.
