Default New GS4 pulls to the left

Joined CL recently and man am I addicted! Just came out of a 996 because now I can accelerate almost as fast but with 3 gals in the car instead of 1. No brainer. Anyway, on the drive home from Longo Lexus I noticed a pull to the left on the fwy, and the steering wheel was off center. Dropped it by Jim Falk in BH a few days later and told them the problem. I told them to straighten the wheel and perform a four wheel alignment. When I came back, they had indeed centered the wheel but didn't do the alignment (they did rotate the tires) citing that "it didn't need it." I road tested the car with the tech on Wilshire (which is crowned) and it seemed ok, but I was in a hurry. Just drove to Bay Area and the damn thing still pulls slightly. I've heard so many horror stories about GS4 front end probs that I'm paranoid. Could it have been bumped in transit? No marks on the wheels. Should I push for a tire replacement?

PS Asked them about a steering pretensioner adjustment for the fun of it and they had no idea what that was.

only longo lexus (particularly ONLY verone) knows about the steering wheel pretensioner, only ask for him. but if your gs is new, then it's not needed coz' it's only for early stage gs. i would bring the car back to longo lexus and insist to get it fixed. . it's a new car for god's sake

When BH said it didn't need alignment, did they in fact check it?

Also, if it pulls to one direction it could be the tires.

Thanks guys. BH didn't even check it; I think the tech was satisfied from his cursory road test. I'll get it to Longo when I can and lean on them.
