Default fsport sway bar difference

is there any difference between 07 and 11 f sport sway bar?

Yes. The fronts are different. The rear will fit, but may have to do some slight modding.

The front end-link angle is different. You'll need whichever end-links match up with your sway bar. The rear setup on 09+ non-Sport package setups is different for how it bolts to the car. Bolting up an 09+ rear F-Sport sway bar to an 06-08 will be no problem, but if you get the 06-08 rear bar and try to put it into an 09-13 non-Sport car, you will need to get new bushing brackets and bolts.
