Suspension noises gone
After changing lower ball joints with genuine parts, and castor arm bushes with TRD, and sway bar and steering rack bushes with Daizen I still had two suspension noises.
1. A clunk from the front right under hard braking.
2. A sound like the pads moving after going from reverse to forward. I was convinced that this was the pad movement.
On the weekend I replaced the upper control arms including the integrated ball joint with Meyle replacements and all the residual noises have gone. Both the clunk and what sounded like the pad movement has gone.
Needless to say my local suspension specialist checked the upper control arms and said they were fine.

Where did you get the Meyle replacement parts
Amichie,
Are you on the U.S continent? what is the Meyle part number for UCA?

The ones in the pic are the same as the ones I got. If you zoom in on the pics you can read the Meyle part no. The groovy blue dust boots are just to protect the black rubber boot underneath during shipping. They are very easy to change also. Should only take 15 minutes per side after getting the car jacked up and the wheels off. I popped the ball joint out with a very cheap gear puller.
Parts can be found here.
