I got rid of my my old daily driven, basically turbo'd race car for my Lexus. Being a IS250 it will never be fast, so I figured I can atleast make it handle like a BOSS!

I am still debating the front camber kit, I am sure I will eventually need it, but I keep telling myself to wait. I am not going with an aggressive drop, I want to keep the majority of the "Lexus feel" of the suspension. But of course this is my thoughts pre-install. We will see what really happens haha

My last car was a nightmare when it came to the suspension. I had a Turbonetics Scion TC, I accidentally bought a "track" suspension instead of a "street" suspension coilover set and the car was INSANE as a daily driver with 320HP FWD and TRACK suspension, hence my choice to buy a LEXUS

There have been members that didn't secure the top nut off the ball joint correctly to the 120ft lbs (per the instructions) and with a dab of Locktite (not on the instructions, but a good idea). Their nut got loose thus causing the ball joint to "float" back and forth within the upper arm. I've never read nor seen a picture of a failed/broken SPC unit on a 2IS before. I consider a failure to be a dislocated ball joint.
