Default Question for IS350 owners with an aftermarket rear sway bar

After your bigger/thicker rear sway bar installation did you find that your 2IS's VSC/TC kicks in more often, the same, or less often? This goes for both off-the-line traction and traction in the corner. List what sway bar you have and how long you've had it on your 2IS.

If the bigger bar has an adverse affect to traction in the rear, I might have to reconsider my suspension setup

Thx!

For general "spirited" driving I found that with the F-sport rear the TC comes on less easily.

Less often and it feels so much more planted. I got my fsport rear sway installed a year before my coils and it felt great even on stock suspension. Its probably my second favorite mod, next to my coils

I've got headers and haven't fixed my CEL / VSC off yet. With the rear swaybar and no trac ctrl i rarely ever slip or loose traction unless its raining. I need new tires for that though =P

With F sport RSB, traction light came on a little bit less. With better tires even less traction control kicking in. I went from OEM bridgestone to Hankook ventus v12 to michelin super sport. Between the Hankook and Michelin, the improvement was night and day. EVEN less body roll.

I have the F-Sport sway bar only in the rear and I have noticed a tiny bit less slipping. The car definitely feels more planted in corners or on turns as stated above. An incredibly less amount of body roll is seen compared to the large amounts our car comes with. The slipping has to do a majority with the tires, not so much the sways, so the bars will not help with traction off the line. The bars increase rigidity, helping stay level in corners and with body roll, not so much traction. Maybe a little.

I've been a member of this board for a while now, and I have yet to see a poster (me included) who was not happy with the rear F-Sport bar. It's a big
