Default Master cylinder

I have searched about this matter but would like some advice. I was driving the car to work yesterday and got an alarm buzzing after I applied the brakes. The noise continued for a few minutes and then my Brake, ABS, VSC, VSC/off light came on along with a constant high tone ring. When I arrived at work I checked the brake fluid and noticed it was a little above the min. mark. When I got off this morning the same thing happened so I took it to Goodyear because it was close to the house to have them pull the codes. The codes they gave me were C0246, C12401, C1246, C1252, C1253, and C1223. Which resulted in them telling me that I needed an ABS/ Master cylinder assembly because mine was locked up. So on the way home from good year I noticed nothing happened and no lights came on. I continued to drive about 15 miles and pulled over to check my brake fluid level again and they had added some fluid to the reservoir. It was a little under the max line. So I turned back around and drove home. Woke up and drove the car again and still nothing. So my question is did this happen because I was low on brake fluid or because my Master Cylinder really has gone bad? I marked the fluid level on the reservoir to keep an eye on the level for the next couple of days but I need this fixed soon. I start back to school next week and working 40 hours Friday-Sunday and full time student Monday-Thursday I have little time to fix it next week. So any advice would help. Thank you

If I do need to replace I was looking at either 47201
