Common Problem - ABS Light after 1jz/r154 swap. How 2 Fix??
Info on my car:
JZA70 1JZ
Soarer Harness
Soarer auto ECU (neutral bypass)
r154 with oem extended shifter
I finished my 1jz swap last month, and now I have the ABS Light on. I've searched and searched and cannot find a fix for it, all I can find are post about the ABS Speed Sensor....
- But I thought the ABS speed sensor is for a R154 in an MK3 Supra because the JZA70's didn't have ABS?
- If it is the abs speed sensor, how/where do I install it? I had a member on SF.com tell me this below, but he was referring to a '92 Jza70 supra. Would wiring be the same in the SC300? If not, where can I find the wiring diagram for ABS in a SC300?
- And the only other thing I can come up with is that my soarer harness has traction control, but my car itself doesn't....could that be the issue?
Any info or help would be appreciated

I used a spare 4-wire connector wired to the sensor and at the dash connector... You have to create your own connector/run with what you have available.
You have to run each wire from the speed sensor, to its corresponding spot, in the B3 connector.

I have a 1995 5spd (no traction control) chassis
with an automatic (no traction control) 1992 1jzgte Soarer engine set.
The ABS light is not on.

92 SC300 5-speed non-trac.
Soarer 5-speed non-trac swap (year unknown).
No light and I'm almost certain my ABS works
