Default Average cost to install springs/shocks combo?

Is a reasonable price 300-400? I got a few shops quoting me that. I have H&R/F-Sports shocks that I really want to get installed. What would a fair price be?

Sounds about right. 3-4 hours at $100 per hour. I believe that's the going shop rate....unless someone can tell you otherwise.

Coilover is easy swap, but to change just springs or springs and shocks are more time to work with

same time since he's removing his stock shock/spring. No spring compressor needed.

I did my STI suspension when i had it but it was full coilover so i just took out one and put in new. Im humoring the idea of taking on the challenge of installing H&R Springs with OEM shocks. Anyone have any tips for me. I have never had to use a spring compressor and I hear they can be a pain to work with.

They're gonna charge you by what you drive. Roll up in a Lexus $400. Roll up in a civic $150 lol.

Does that include an alignment? Usually $50 a corner for either shock, spring or combo w/out alignment.

DIY! Purchase the tools you'll need to do the job yourself and have them forever, borrow the help of a friend with previous experience, buy pizza and beer, pay for that alignment.

I found a good place that charges $210 and then 60 for an alignment. I might go that route or just install it myself just for kicks. It doesn't seem that hard according to DIYs links i have seen.
