What happened to all of the generic BBKs?
I remember a while back when ever I'd check ebay for parts I'd get alot of random generic big brake kit results, but now I see very few. They basically all resembled Ksport/D2 and were probably from that same factory in Taiwan(pretty sure it was Tainwan). The main ones i remember seeing were Kido and Big Boy but they all seem to have vanished. I'm not saying they're a great option or even that I was going to buy them, but it is interesting that they've all disappeared

Ksport/ d2. Yes they were made in Taiwan and s Korea.
Market penetration for bbk was little too hard at that time. Competing with wildwood, rotora, and other bigger manufactures. Lost it along the way due to insufficient funds behind the launch. Too bad because those were pretty reliable good quality bbks
