Default Calling all GS owners riding on 19's Multi-Piece wheels

Hi all.
I've been having this problem with my wheels everytime it rains HARD or Intense Heavy Rain. I was cruising back from Atlanta one afternoon and went thru this "waterfall of rain" all of a sudden my wheels started shaking bad, I though WTF.. I got a freakin flat or something. I slow down and it stops - weird as Hell.
I pull over to this exit and look at my tires- nothing except water gushing out of the Holes in my AV3 Volks. I didn't think nothing of it. Went back on the Hwy and everything is normal. This has happened Everytime I get into Hard rain - I figured the water gets into the cracks of multi-piece and or Holes and throws off the balance.. Its Very strange. I had Racing Hart C5's and never had this problem..
I saw those new GS18's - They look freakin awesome - I'm not sure if i want to go down a size and loose the LIP though it is an awesome wheel..

Anyone with a Multi-Piece wheel experiencing similiar problems especially the guys out there with Volk AV3's??

Please help.

Thanks,
QWK

Thanks guys, for a while there. I thought it was my Rims or something. I was almost ready to Rid of my AV3's which I love.
The it always happen to the Front left wheel -everytime.. And tat particular tire - not sure if its the tire or Rim , but has been leaking air - a very slow leak like 5 psi a week. I wonder if that has anything to do with it..

Reply to 400DGRZ : Yeah man.. I'm down here in Montgomery, where are you?

I going to get my tires checked..Even though they are brand new with less than 8K miles on them.

Thanks Alot,
QWK

leaking 5psi a week? you got a leak on the wheel. either the tire has a hole on it or there is a crack / hole on the rim that's leaking air. very bad

Sup dude,
I saw you that night- I seen you before you had the 19's - I think you were the only BLk TL with twin HKS exhaust. Anyways you car is sweet. No offense I like GS's more.
The C5's on that your friends car were my OLD Rims!!!Cause I was the only one in Montgomery with 19" C5's.. Because I bought it from Bird's Friend Jay from Atlanta -the guy that had the baddass RX7 that was in the magazine 2 or 3 summers ago.

Yeah, we can hooked one night, just PM me.
Do you know Carey with White Supercharged Integra?

Later,
QWK

Default Puzzled!!!

Yeah,
I went by my Premium tire Shop and had a tlak with my friend the owner and 1st I already knew when he balanced my tires that he uses Hunter Machines that have "Road Force Analysis" done while balancing the tires.. I asked anyways - and he says IF it ONLY does when its raining and not at ther times its definetly not the tires... And that same logic goes with a BENT Rim.. If It don't shake normally theres nothing physically wrong with the Rim. And I mean I run every speed up to 120MPH and its smooth as silk.

The puzzling thing is for some reason maybe that Rim has more of a gap in the 3 piece design then the other 3 rims and when heavy mass of rain - water could seep in and just a little as much as an Oz. can throw the balance off. I don't know what to do?? Buy a another wheel or have it checked? changed to a one piece Rim?

Does anyone else have any insight on what the problem could be?

Thanks,
QWK
