Help with endlinks
So I was trying to install an fsport rear sway on my is250 awd and I had to get new endlinks because I messed up the old ones.
So I got out the old ones just fine. Just had to use a mallet to get them out and now I'm have troubles getting the new ones in. They are exactly the same size. I'm having a hard time lining up to the lower control arm and finding room to hammer it in. Not to mention the that the space between the lower control arm and endlinks are very very tight.
Any body have helpful advice? Or should I just take it to a shop. It was supposed to be an easy install. Running into so many problems.
Thanks

lack of room make anything much harder to do. try impact hammer if possible so u won't damage the parts.
taking to the shop would be ur best bet cause u don't wanna bent/damage any parts

Hey everyone.
Thanks for the replies. The first time, I didnt get a chance to remove the wheels because my buddies and I had to be somewhere, so I was trying to hammer it in from the ground. Then I finally got a chance to remove the wheel and putting in the endlink was a cinch! You can easily reach the LCA and have enough room to use a mallet to put the endlinks in place.
From my knowledge, the f-sport sway bar is like 2mm thicker than stock. I also have H&R springs installed, and i do not plan on getting a front sway bar. The difference is pretty noticeable. Body roll is minimized, overall very satisfied.

somewhat related question.... how crucial is it to get the torque exactly to spec on the sway bar/endlink bolts? I installed my rear sway a couple nights ago and couldn't manage to get them as tight as the install guide recommended.
