Brake pad part number confirmation - HELP

can anyone tell me if this is the correct front brake pad part number for a 1999 Lexus GS300:

part number: 04465-22312

I just ordered this from Sewell but I think a 1999 GS300 uses 04465-22311.

Can anyone help me confirm?

Its all the same yo. Just a matter of entering the numbers in their site man as I just did. I say its just a replacement partnumber. I just looked up the 04465-22311 and it doesnt even exist in their inventory.
