Yes they are. I thought I'd get really stiff springs when I went with 18/16 but apparently I was wrong.
Oh well it doesn't matter at this point anyways 'cause I have a flat tire once again. Rolling the fenders did help a lot.

Im not slammed but I am running BC extreme drop 16/14 k with swift springs. I have the front set at 13 and the rear at 10 of the firmness for daily driing. It ride very nicely on smooth and slightly bumpy roads. Rough roads well they are coilovers you shouldn't expect smooth.

i think the swift upgrade is really worth the money vs the standard bc springs. the bc springs seem to be really weak compared to other higher end springs with lower spring rates.
