I have almost a week on H&R and i can say that i dont notice any difference in ride quality on stock struts. I hear they are manufactured to work with stock struts. The ride is a little more stiff only on bumps really its pretty smoothe otherwise. People seem to highly favor coils ive never had coils but H&R springs are a lot better than the cheepo springs i put in my accord which made it feel like a tool box when i hit holes. And for a $600 difference in price i would say H&R springs are def worth considering before going the coilover route.

F-Sport Coils? You mean springs? and the OEM shocks will be fine but I hear that its better to pair them with the F-Sport shocks

Yeah, F-Sport springs. The complete name is coil springs no ?
I'm from Québec so maybe my english isn't that good but here people call this coil springs.

Well in the US there is a difference between lowering springs and coilovers

Yeah I know what you mean, here we say coil springs but people oftenly shorten the word for just "coils" but for coilover we always use the complete word.

I had F-Sport Springs with stock shocks. I liked the ride quality (just like stock). It gave my car a nice even drop. I wanted to go even lower, so now I'm on H&R springs. Ride quality is still great on stock shocks with H&Rs, but the drop is not as even like it was on the F-Sport springs.
