01 GS300 Lower Control Arm Bushings
My 01 GS 300 is in need of new front bushings....I found some treads showing that it is possible to chanage out just the bushing despite of what Lexus says...But I'm not that good at that sort of thing...
Going to pay my local Mechanic to change the Lower Control Arm all together....Can I buy this at Nappa or does it have to come from Lexus? Lexus says they are the only ones that make it but Nappa says they do sell it.
Dont knwo who to believe....
Any help would be greatly appcirated.
Thanks!

Sewell Lexus sell the poly bushings made by a company name Armstrong for about $65. I did order a set and installed the driver side 2 weeks. Made a hugh improvement in the handling but the road noise and vibration is too much for my likeing. I orderder brand new arms from Sewell Lexus for $118. each plus shipping. You can also get the Roca Bushings for your car on eBay or Roca-USA.com
There is a sticky above on the control arm bushing. Read it, there is some good info within.

If your mechanic is willing to pop those bad boys out, then I'll go with the Sewell bushings for sixty bones! My dude was asking wayyyy too much just to install so I went with some 03 arms. Beefier than my stock 99 ones.
