UZZ40 coilovers compatible with J/UZS16x?

I heard that UZZ40 coilovers are interchangeable with our cars...is this true?

If so, are the shock lengths the same? Or is it like JZS147 and JZA80, where the rears on the Supra are shorter....

I believe they are interchangeable. I've heard of spring and shock combos working for either car so I'm sure coilovers should be easier since you can adjust the shock length.
