Default What spring rate to get with BC`s

After reading a lot of post on coilovers my desicion has been made.I have a 2000 GS400 and want to purchase the recommended BC Coilovers.
I would like to know what are the spring rates that you have purchase your BC coil overs with and how do they compare to stock?
This is my daily driver.
The location where I live in is South Jersey and the streets Are terrible, I am also looking into purchasing a set of wheels, 19 " using a fat tire set up to help with ride and prevent damage to the wheels.
If you have any recommendation of 19" IS factory wheels and fat tire setup on a GS400, please describe your set up.
Looking at stock 19" from the IS or after market reps.
Thanks for your time.

Im pretty low on stock 16s and I have 16k front and 12k rear and I absolutely love the ride. I am in NY and roads are bad over here too. If I would of done it again I would of got 16k front and 14k rear but I am happy with what I have. Hope that helps!

I went with 10k front 10k rear, the car rides real nice, smooth and comfortable but still handles a good bit better then stock.
