How's the ride compared to stock? I'm interested in the same set up. Tolerable on bumpy roads? Or too harsh?

it is bumpier since you feel everything on the roadway. There is no way you will get stock OEM feel with sport suspension. They are known to be stiffer.

I have H&R sport spring in my IS250AWD and I found them to be a little to bouncy for me. Then again I only put ~1K miles on them before I got my ISF.
Maybe in time they would have settled.
The ride was worth it over the giant wheel gap the stock AWD springs had.

I like the look, I'm debating on what to get on my car. I thought my car came with the fsport springs on the sticker it says fsport suspension but my car sits slot higher. So i assume its some other spribgs bit i dont know..That look Looks a lot better than stock height.

I think you have f-sport springs. They sit higher than H&R.

look at the springs if they are bright light blue they are f-sports, and yes they only drop the car an inch all around, other springs do it a bit more
