What are the odds of busting a ball joint when I got lowered? Something is making a popping sound coming from the front driver side whenever I go over bumps... Ironically it was the side that gave us a hard time out of all. We were able to swap out all sides in an hour, and that side with a stuck bolt took us 3 hours to do, so I had to remove the entire upper control arm... I'll check everything tomorrow, it's drizzling and cold out tonight... But what else can make a popping sound besides ball joints based on the pics of the coils dampening adjustments(or whatever they're called) position?

Passenger side

It didn't give us any problems whatsoever installing the coils, and no sound coming from this side, so I guess the position is how it should be.

Driver side

Oh yeah, both left and right side for the fronts are on the same height(of course). Measured, and remeasured the coils.

My front PBM's made a similar noise under the same conditions when I 1st installed them. It turned out the nut on the shaft that goes over the top hat was loose by 3/4 of a turn

I don't think you can tighten it up. But I noticed that after you've driven the car for a while, the **** becomes tight on it. It's actually harder to adjust it after running a few miles.

Before you get your panties twisted, they don't fake the funk, they tell it as it is. All parts are made in Japan, but it is assembled in Taiwan. I can't believe people still believe that things are made in Japan/USA. Ugh...

I don't understand this mentality that when it's made in China it breaks easily?!? Status symbol is for girls, and this "keeping up with the Joneses" mentality need to stop, don't you see that this has been the downfall of America? Buying things that you can't afford, oh because it's "original".
