??? You know they dont make a difference on the stopping power at all right? The tires actually stop the car any brake that can engage ABS does the job, however the 350 brakes do look a lot cooler ill give you that, I was gonna buy a set of fronts but then ill need spacers on my ISF wheels...maybe ill do ISF fronts sometime in the future

I took the liberty of changing your needlessly sensationalist thread title.
As robertrios said, the IS250 brakes will stop your car in the exact same distance as IS350 brakes, or $5,000+ BBKs for that matter. If you want to "improve" the feel of your brakes, try changing out the pads.

Exactly this.
But as robert mentions, if you want to actually stop shorter, get better tires.
If you'd like to understand the physics of why upgrading any brake part won't stop you shorter I recommend this article-

If you drive somewhat aggressively, the IS350 brakes will perform better. Simple fact. If you're talking about a one off, normal everyday driving or an emergency stop from say 60mph then the IS250 brakes are just as effective. But if you're driving like a freak or getting heavy on the brakes coming down canyon roads or something, you will experience less fade, etc on bigger brakes. Aliga tends to have calipers, etc for these cars in the classified section. May be a cheaper way to upgrade if it's really that important to you.

Beyond that situation nobody should be fading even the stock brakes with any sort of remotely legal driving on public roads.
On a track, sure, larger brakes can avoid fade (they still won't stop you any shorter the first time though). when you're making your 8th stop in a row from 120 mph.
For folks on public roads though they'll do a lot better with upgrades tires than upgraded brakes since those will actually make a difference.

the Is350 brakes will Feel immensely better for initial Bite and braking power, and they only stop the same at the very limit with abs kicking, but for every other moment you drive the Is350 brakes will feel and stop much better

Why would you try comparing braking distance when you're not trying to stop as short as possible?
I agree different brakes can feel different- you can change that with just pads, no need for a rotor swap.
But they won't actually stop any better. They can't.
Just press the brake pedal slightly harder and it'll stop exactly as short as a $5000 BBK will, let alone the 350 brakes.
In short, any deceleration rate other than 'full stop" is equally possible with either set of brakes, simply by changing how far you press the brake pedal. The only difference at all might be that with one set to reach a rate of "20%" you might need to press the brake pedal 1.5 inches and with the other set to hit 20% you might need to press it 1.6 inches. This is entirely a difference in perception rather than reality unless your leg/foot is disabled in some way.
At the limit of pressing the pedal (that is, engaging ABS) both brakes will again provide the exact same rate of deceleration, and it will be limited every single time not by the brakes, but by the tires

I recently did this upgrade and went with Advics calipers from NAPA, OEM rotors and OEM pads.
It is a great improvement over the stock is250 setup if you track your car. I plan on doing the same on the rear as well.
