The damper extensions do not adjust the ride height of the car...that is adjusted manually on the shock body via the threaded design and use of the provided spanner wrenches.

The damper extensions simply extend the reach of the damper ****, which only adjust the internal dampening setting of the shock. Alot of people use the extensions in order to access the damper **** through their trunk liners. This of course means you have to cut a small hole in your trunk liner.

not worth it IMO unless you are constantly tweaking your dampening (how soft or hard) you want the spring compression. It does not adjust height. I too looked at a 200mm set but soon realized I never touch my dampening. And if one day I must it takes 2 mins to pull the trunk liner.

x2

I think the extenders are a blink factor and for people who track their car so they can change the dampening settings quickly although if you really do track your car, its usually gutted out and the ***** are all exposed...

My BCR extensions are nice for when I go to the drag strip to be able to adjust the rear dampening for the strip conditions. Plus any fun runs in the Mtns...it's just really convenience.
