Default Caliper color advice on New IS350

I just traded in my 2010 IS250 in SFP (white) with red painted calipers (with white Lexus decal). My new 2011 red IS350 will be delivered today (they are installing the F Sport exhaust this morning). I have no idea what color to paint the calipers. I like them red, but that seems odd for a red car.

What do you guys think?

Black with white decal. Though for something unique you could try black or silver calipers with a red decal.

Welcome to CL......I say either is nice. Silver with red sticker or black with white sticker. Maybe even Black with a red sticker!

Painted about a week after we picked up the car. Do it early and there is less cleaning.

Bought G2 Caliper Paint Kit on eBay for approx $38.00
Bought decals on eBay for can't remember, but they were cheap. I think the whole job was under $50.00.

Followed the instructions on painting calipers found on both this forum and on MyIS.com. I think I liked the DYI detailed instructions better on the MyIS.com as I believe they had more pics. Anyway, it was pretty simple. The hardest part was putting the car up on the jacks!

Here's my MRM with red calipers. I think it looks great, and not at all weird. But it's really up to you to decide.

That looks pretty good. I went black because I did not know how close the colors were and how they would look if the colors were different shades.
