Looks like only the fronts have the two options (normal and low dust)
Looks like you searched under an IS350, however the OP has an IS250.

US cars started using the low-dust pads from the factory in 2009.

US-spec IS250's and Canada-spec IS250's after 2009 do not use the same pads. If you want low-dust pads for your 2011 Canadian-spec IS250, order the 2006-2008 low-dust version from Sewell.

I didn't notice he was in Canada. LOL

For Canada, yes.
For USA, no.

2010 IS250 -

Fronts : http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2010/1893.html
Rears : http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2010/1892.html

Looks like only one option.

2010 IS250 USA-spec's only have one option, the low dust was the only type offered.
2010 IS250 Canada-spec came with the high friction pads like the 06-08 USA-spec, so you can get the original or the low-dust alternative.

Sewell is a USA dealer, so they're obviously using USA listings.

Thank you the clarification Jeff.

Since I'm in Canada I'm going to see if I can get the low dust US version off eBay (Sewell shipping is too high)

Have you checked with your local Lexus dealership? Brake pads aren't usually too crazy expensive once you factor in shipping/duties/taxes from the US, especially if that's all you're buying.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the suggestion. I just called my local Lexus dealer for 0446530340 and they do have it in stock.

Local Dealer = $99.70 + HST = $112.66 CAD
eBay = $65.71 + 13.54 (shipping) + $17.14 (import charges) = $96.39USD ~ $106.52 CAD

Price difference is minimum, i'll go with the dealer

Just want to report back I purchased 0446553030 from local dealership. Its been almost a month since I got them installed with original shims.

The brake dusting has been reduced drastically! My rims no longer turn brown

Thank you everyone for all the assistance and feedback.

Next brake change I'm going to have to try this low dust nonsense because the amount of brake dust I currently get is ridiculous
