Default 2001 gs300 rear brake caliper removal help needed

hey everyone!

i was changing out my brakes today and was able to change out my front brake pads without a hitch. however, i am having issues with my rear brakes. i cant get the screw out for the rear caliper. it looks like it is a star shape bolt (t40 or higher) but i cant figure out which one it is exactly. i tried searching both on here, as well as on google and couldnt find anything

i appreciate the help in advance! its a 2011 gs300

Sorry, but are you trying to remove just the brake pad or the entire caliper?

If only changing the brake pads, you don't need to remove the caliper at all....just remove the metal clip and pin that holds the pads in place....easy.

Yah just the brake pads so I can change them out. For The front I had to remove one bolt so I could twist the caliper around to make It easy to remove the brake pads. If I understand this correctly, just removing the pin and Metal clip the rears is all I gotta do?
