You don't change toe to deal with road crown, you change cross caster, and you can't change that on a 2IS anyway. Toe affects two things - tire wear and turn-in. Zeroing toe is recommended on 2IS to minimize inside edge wear. Toe out helps the car initiate turns, but wears out the inside edges faster.

Camber is considered ideal at -0.5 from a tire perspective because most passenger tires like -0.5 degrees for best grip with a typical street driver at the wheel according to Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, and a host of other tire companies. As the driver gets more aggressive in cornering, more camber is necessary to combat excessive outside edge wear (yes, OUTSIDE edge wear) and get more of the inside edge involved in the cornering process. F1 cars run up to -7.0 degrees of camber in the front depending on the track and the driver. Even the most aggressive street drivers never need more than -1.5 degrees on street tires.

I would use SPC #67530 (has proper taper for the spinlde, NOT # 67525 which is for older models) as a temporary set up. FIGS ENGINEERING is coming out with a great "Front Upper ARM" for both camber AND caster adjusting. Figs has a strong "Lower Camber Arm" already out. Check the "Vendor" site at the top of the page and scrowl down to FIGS and look at what they have. Costs more but well worth it. I have an '09 is250 and will be ordering the rear arms soon and the front upper arms when they come out.
