Ok see the attached pics... *NOTE* in the pictures where you can see the bracket, I had it on the wrong way, the fatter side has to mount to the original caliper side... But you still need to grind down beside the top tab.

hey i bought the battle version brackets but the second calipers kind of sit further out on the rotor that the original first set. its so that the edge of the brake pads are not flush at all with the edge of the rotor. doesnt seem like a bad thing but has anyone else seen this?

I noticed the same thing... I feel as those when you actually actuate the second caliper to lock, the bracket might flex a bit to pull the caliper in for full brake pad contact. Either way, I've had no issues with this set-up and I'm pretty sure it's been wearing the pads evenly.

sorry cant chime in with other info, I went with the parts shop max inline and it's good enough for me.... If i have a chance to, i'd still love to do the dual caliper rears though.

ok do you think ill need a brake fluid check valve for this between the rear calipers and the handbrake?

Don't think so... Brake lines and a "T" should be all you need.

mine didn't lock up with stock pads... i'm running inline again... but it works great with EBC yellows

So I guess I'm confused, does this scrap the drum style e-brake and replace it with another caliper or do you keep both?

you have to cut/remove the stock drum brake to fit the calipers; so you can't have both the hydro and stock ebrake together.

We did offset the second set of calipers, our test set was at the normal spacing but noticed that since this bracket is bolt on, it would pull the calipers down after grabbing that ebrake a few times. Seemed like the best option was to move the bolt holes slightly so if it does move, it has some room. We also noticed that with the stock calipers as the added on calipers, the pistons are on one side so it wants to also twist the bracket.
Yes it is a bit a work to get these on and we stress that if you have access to a welder then you should add some support to the bracket. The brackets do touch the uprights so there are a couple spots that are convenient.
The other thing we found out is that with stock brake pads, they do cook and glaze over so using upgraded pads like porterfield or hawk helps greatly on how well the ebrake locks up.
I have been interested in making a similar bracket to use the willwoods but wasn't sure how many people would be interested since it would increase the price going that route and it would be best to make a front and rear kit to match all 6 calipers. Laitly the drift world seems to be only interested in 240sx parts and haven't seen many people showing up with sc's.
