Default 2 Megan EZ coilover questions

I searched through 6 pages of threads (~100 pages) and my eyes are on fire. I'd like to try the Megan EZ's but still have 2 unanswered questions.

1) I keep hearing everyone describing how these are good for street use but no one really defines what that might mean to each person. For me, that's pretty much around town having fun the occasion offramp clover exit during the week but I also have the Santa Cruz mts I can go tear up on weekends. I like to play in the mts a couple times a month as part of my street use . Are these coilovers suited for my 'street use'?

2) Its my understanding that the EZs have rubber mounts and therefore transfer less road noise than a metal/pillow mount. How would you describe the road noise when compared to say stock suspension?

I only plan to drop the 250 1-1.25" at most so I'd like to be able to go with these as opposed to BCRs if they'll take the occasional weekend spirited mtn carving. Any thoughts?

1. i back road the **** out of my megan ez coils and i think its fine but im on full stiff and i still scrape...but im lower then what your going
2.i would say there close to stock but a little more road noise. not some thing that would drive you crazy you will just here finder liner when you hit big bumps or dips in the road. but your not going that low so idk if you will do that i dropped my car like 2-2.25

with you only dropping the car 1-1.25 you should be fine and dont really need a crazy nice coil you could even go with a lowering spring and save your self the time and cash you would pay on coils

On the Megans, folks are saying that you need to disassemble the trunk to get at the adj **** for the rears. Is this also true for the BCRs?

Hwy 17?!!!
No, I'm thinking more along the lines of Hwy 9, 84, page mill, etc. You know, miles of tight n' twisty

Just send CircuitMS a PM on here and they will hook you up. I asked about them when I was ordering my EZs and they were able to get them. Package set to deliver on Tuesday I'll post some pics when they come in.

EZ's are great, although I wish the spring rate were a little tighter. Im one click away from full stiff and its still pretty cushy feeling to me.
