Hmm I must have skipped out on the hi temp clear coat part bc I thought the g2 paint kit already came with it and I just had someone do it for me. Oh well, may have to pickup a can. Do you guys recommend this VHT brand? Can someone copy and paste a link to a good kind pls? Thx!

Lol...I know that much. I do have some mechanical backround. What I meant to say was I don't know how big the caliper is to determine if a sticker will fit and such.

I just went to OReilly Auto and bought a can of the HI Temp clear header paint, worked well. Just make sure you do several lightly sprayed coats vs. trying to put it on heavy.

Did you buy the IS300 or the IS250 decals?

It seems to me that the IS250 decals are smaller, which I think would look nicer.

Personally I don't like the curved logos. They just look too fake to me. None of the high end or ever better OE caliper companies take their logos and distort them to match the caliper.

I guess you and I are at opposite sides of the fence then. I personally do like the curved ones better. To each their own tho. Guess i see your point about OEM ones having straight decals. Our cars OEM also arent low to the ground or have big wheels either so anything we do to them isnt "OEM"

Ill just throw in the same seller i bought mine from and the stickers on our original calipers just dont look right. I agree that if you have a nice bbk then yea straight would look better. On our tiny calipers tho i think the curved ones look better. You be the judge.

OTO814 you have exactly what im looking for... i understand you used g2 paint along with a clear coat. I need to know though when ordering the decals off motogfx.com they only have the front curved lexus is300 decals which to my understanding will hopefully fit perfectly on my 2003 gs430 calibers. Which do I need to buy to get the rear L logo though.? also what brand of high temp clear coat did you use... please respond back asap THANKYOU!!!!
