J, you ever do anything about this......those Milky white UCA's are essentially the same price as the Ikeya's without having to pay the shipping from Japan so i think the Ikeya's would be a better solution for me

We fed back of if the design changes for our arms last week and are now getting the production model quoted. It will feature a static ball joint and adjustable inner bushings, angular offset for ball joint centering at 3" drop. These will be negative camber arms only. For camber correction we will be doing this on the bottom via eccentric bushings and our comple arm replacement.

so your gonna make a LCA # 1 OR remake the LCA # 2? pics of these as im confused by the plans and how it will adjust camber

right now it will be both combined. camber will adjust via length of the arms as well as inner eccentric bsuhings.

interesting.....so the arms will be conjoined now? would these have replaceable parts so you wouldnt have to replace the whole arm if one of the joints fails?

more importantly ETA mike?

I am just playing with various geometries now in CAD. There will be a lot of backburner items done in Dec. Hoping to get a few parts cut soon. perhaps next week. Brian you need to figure out how much correction you really need.
The bushings may do it.
All parts of the arms would be serviceable.

I like option #2.

If a competent fabricator is doing the cutting/welding, the strongest point on that knuckle will be the weld. I have zero concerns about strength. I do have concerns about tire clearance however. You'd have to take some measurements.

Hmmm so what about the stress on the ball joint? with the correction of the LCA?

What stress are you talking about? misalignment stress? These are very small angular changes, a few degrees, so there should not be any additional stress.
Our upper control arms will be for adding negative camber and the ball joint angle will be normalized.

Answering for Brian.. I think if we can get anywhere from 1-2 degrees of camber correction in the front about 99% of us will be more than happy.

Exactly I don't need more camber I want to ride low with somewhat proper fitment.

The problem is that if you planned for proper fitment and if you correct camber on top then you end up with a tire in the fender. That is why the lower control arm bushings are more applicable to camber correction and will be what we release for that solution.

For the LCA correction we will be reducing ball joint stress if anything because we are bring in the angle. Sorry just reread your post.
Thanks Mike
