Default Megan camber kit installed

Hey guys, i just got my camber kit put in and i had one question. Dod anyone experience and noise after the install. I usually hear it when im creeping at low speeds. My friend and i double checked everything was tight. IM not sure since they are brand new and they might need to settle in or if something it wrong.

I don't have a noise with mine but I bought mine off another member and I haven't listened for one. I haven't heard anything though.

Raheel, did you install it yourself? If so, how did you know what adjustments to make?

Brad, I installed it with a friend. Are you talking about alignment adjustment? For right now we just tighten the camber all the way. Ill need to get an alignment soon

I assume you purchased the rear adj. camber arms (upper control arms) correct?

If so, these utilize a spherical bearing vs. a rubber bushing that the oem piece has. These do tend to make more noise than the oem counterparts, but provide increased stiffness. A little noise isn't unusual. You can try to lubricate the bearing but chinese made sperical bearings arn't generally the best quality.

Yea, they are the upper camber arm. I guess if u say there is noise then nothing can be done. It's nothing loud but if u try to listen for it u can hear it.

what do you mean by noise, like a clunck noise or just a constant hummm as if you had crappy tires on?
I think the bushings on these camber arms are usually stiffer and transmit more vibrations and noise to the cabin.

Did you get just the Camber arm? How low and were you able to get the alignment back in spec without their toe or traction arms?

the noise that you hear is the arms are hitting underliner whenever u go over a small bump, because the car is low and the arms are bend upward ,,, mine also has the same.... i might raise up my car another 1/4 inch to do some track laps .... i wonder if after market arms are much stronger.... hummmnnn

Wow, the initial rear left was -4.6! I'd hate to know what I'm at. Came out pretty good though.

Those insane initial measurements are most likely just from not lengthening the arms at all when they were first installed. Mine was the same way when I put them on. Dropped with the stock upper arms I was at ~-2.0 in the rear.

@Sffd103 - Yea man lol, when i first put them on and heard the noise we thought we needed to tighten up the camber arm so we tighten them up and i guess thats why the camber was insane LOL
