Default Rear suspension part

After couple years of DD my GS300 now the time has come to show her some love.
Car has 216k miles the following parts needs replacement.
Front upper Control Arms
Rear Knuckle lower Bushing but i was told that i will need to replace the whole knuckle that the bushing on the botton of the knuckle is not serviceable and the if i do replace the knuckle i will need to replace both wheel bearing.
I am not trying to be cheap or anything, but i am just trying to save $600 on those rear knuckles i have another "money pit" the SCXXX.
Is there anybody selling those bushing seperately so i won't have to buy the whole knuckle?

TIA

Glad it helped. If you have the part out and need to press in the bushings hit me up. I have a 12 ton press sitting in the garage that hasn't been used since I did my front bushings.

I hate to burst your bubble guys but this is not the bushing you are looking for. I know because I have been looking for this bushing since I got my car about a year ago. It actually failed inspection because of this and the mechanic showed me the bushing while the car was on the lift. The bushing shown in the thread link and in the schematic on the rhd website is for the trailing arm. The bushing that wears is the one at the attachment point for the rear lower control arm to the knuckle. You can test for play by lifting your car so the rear wheels come off the ground, and then grab your tire by the bottom with both hands and lift the wheel up and down. If you have a friend do it you can stick your face under the car and see the play for yourself. I dont have any answers as far as the wheel bearings are concerned, But I am 100% sure about this bushing.

Good luck with your search and if you find a solution post it up for sure! I would bet this is the least known common problem with the 2GS. I need this bushing, you need this bushing, a friend I know needs this bushing and I bet that if more people checked their rear suspension they would find that they need this bushing as well. This is even the same bushing that makes a horrible squeak when it gets really worn. I even E-mailed FiGS about this and he said he will get to this bushing eventually........... sooner rather than later, I hope.

Hell yes its robbery!!! Who wants to pay almost 600 bucks for a pair of bushings?? I'm leaving mine for now. I suggest you hit up that dude FIGS and make some noise about these bushings. If he gets enough requests maybe he will bump this up on his priority list.

The Rear Upper Control Arms (on the Back of the car) are very Expensive. I have never heard of anyone replacing them though. They go for $719.18 at Sewell before any rebates.
