Default Fixed soft pedal / pumping brakes today

For the last couple of months my brake pedal has been where I have to double pump to stop. The pedal didnt go to the floor and if you stomped on them it would stop but pumping worked better. I figured I was going to have to by a new master and was saving up the $ but yesterday I started getting a grinding noise and when we took off the calipers on the drivers side the outside pad was completely gone and on the passengers side it was the inside pad. BUT on both sides there was one sliding pin that was completely frozen and it didnt look like the dealership lubricated them when they did the brake job. SHOCKER. Once we got them unfrozen, new pads and rotors it now stops like it was brand new. AND NO PUMPING OR SOFT PEDAL

P.S. When you go to pump up the brakes turn the key to AC and the brake pump will cut on and do it for you. Just leave it on for about 3-4 minutes until it stops. Be sure and watch the master and make sure it doesnt pump it down and get air in. Mine started out completely full and by the time it finished pumping it was just below the full line.
