Thanks! Had UPS damage a heat shield during shipping and now it's on back order FTL. They said 2 weeks, those were the only parts I saw any issues with were the ones that Sewell shipped weren't correct. Calipers, rotors all look to have test fitted fine. I would have been done with if it weren't for UPS.

Looks like Sewell have not corrected their kit, still says fits AWD and having the same issues with the rotor rubbing the hub. I've already had a couple talks with them on the phone and will be calling to speak to their Parts Manager tomorrow to get compensated for the parts that won't work.

Should be either 43512-30340 or 43512-30350 for RH side, and 43516-30030 or 43516-30040 for LH side.
If it's 43512-22260 or 43516-22010 those are the older IS350 RWD rotors. (Still used on RWD IS350's in Canada, but they switched to the other style for RWD models in 2009 when they switched to the low-dust pads).

^You need IS350 AWD rotors to fit the big brakes onto our IS250 AWD. ES808 and I did some research and confirmed by GSE25 and jeff lange that it works perfectly without any modifications aside from the shield.

Originally I had said that those didn't clear the hub but after thinking about it again that didn't make sense. So what I did was try it again and found out that during my original trial process the delivery guy delivered the wrong rotor to my mechanic and he never bothered to cross reference part numbers.
So no need to modify anything to your hubs if you just get IS350 AWD rotors.
