Default BC vs Megan Coilovers vs F-Sport Springs

Lots of good specials on coilovers right now and I am thinking it is time...
The big question is: Are the BCs worth $300 more than the Megans? This is my wife's daily driver. Only sees the occasional spirited driving from me on weekends. I can't imagine we need the BCs. Thoughts?

or an even better question is: do i just get F-Sport springs and keep the stock shocks? I don't plan to slam it on the coilovers. Just want to get rid of the wheel gap

f sport springs will not get rid of the gap. megan's and bc racing are made from the same company, just branded differently. But bc racing do have beefier internals.

I want to get rid of the gap but not tuck. I hate how tucking looks. All the f-sport pics i have seen do just this.

f sport drops 1 inch all around. 1 inch will not get rid of the gap.

Both are made by Bor Chuann out of China. The manufacturing quality of both brands is exactly the same and longevity will be roughly the same as well. I've heard that while they are made by the same people, the actual Bor Chuann (BCRs) ones are a bit better. That being said, "a bit" varies a lot.

Depends if you want the car to be real low or just a mild drop. BCs are better than the Megans, worth the $300 depends on how nuts you go with modding the car. If your just looking for a small drop get the springs and call it a day. But if you have plans on doing alot of modding then you probably will want the coilovers.

BCs are a better than the Megans but I think springs is the way to go for you.
I'm getting the BCs since I had another set on my subaru and they were very well built for $995.

Are we talking about the megan ez or lp? If there's a difference at all. Someone chime in?

I held them side by side and the BCs are beffier. The megans are not bad though and they also have a great warranty.

I am on the f-sport springs only...and I want megans. The ride is too rough for my taste. Bounce like crazy on rougher roads. The drop isn't too bad for my taste. I would like to be a little lower though. Here is a few pics for height...

I was debating between BC's and Megan EZ and ended up getting the BC's and haven't regret it one bit ! I don't think springs would get rid of the gap though so I would recommend getting Coils.
