Default JIC coil overs, rear shocks busted.

I bought my GS400 a couple of weeks ago and come to find out the rear JIC shocks are leaking.. anyone have experience with this situation? anyone know if i can get them changed on warranty?

Same issue here, but no leak just making a lot of clonking noise when going on a speed bump.
I e-mail the company to check how much to redo the rears instead of buying a new set again. Info below.

Same here with the clunking noise in the rear, maybe we can be under warranty, who knows? Did you get a reply from them?

Anyone else having this problem? My clunking noise has gotten worse.

Car should not have a problem, work was done after 20k and car has 68,***k on it now, these shocks should go on.. big money was spent on this system. Any help is appreciated and like i said i called them and they did not answer on any line, which i feel is bull****!

"These have a 1 year warranty from original purchase date"

JIC customer service is very weak, which is disappointing especially from a well-known company. $150/corner seems to be the norm nowadays. If you do want to rebuild the shocks, it's probably better to find an independent shop (who do these things) since they'll most likely do it cheaper. It's a good time to get the valvings tailored to your desired ride quality for your given spring rate.
