The caster on the 98-02 GS can't be adjust. How far off or the caster rod bend? If it within 2 degrees between L-R I leave it alone. It will not pulls or cause any tire wears problem.

Minimum spec is 7.05 and maximum spec is 8.05. Mine are 6.64 and 6.87. Would this cause you any concern? I only have 28,000 miles on it. What would you do?

You're off less than .5 of a degree, this is nothing and I should leave it alone. As long as your Camber and Toe are within spec. it will not cause any problem.
The big car like GS , LS or the S-class will have a lot of caster over 7 degrees for high speed stability. While the front wheel drive ES or Honda will have less caster about 2-3 degrees.
