Default New springs going on my baby this Sat. am excited!

After looking far and wide and forever for a reputable place to lower my car I finally settled (no pun intended) on 42 autosport in NC. Am looking forward to feeling the car with Tein S Techs and eventually my steering wheel damper installed.

Will give you all feedback about impressions & before and after pics prolly.

I am thankful for a cool, knowledgeable group here. Am excited about this Saturday..

Regards,
John

$270. Lowest I could find.

Living in California it used to be I could lower my car for almost half that!!

One mechanic here in Charlotte thought I was CRAZY for wanting to lower a lexus...

What's Tein's username? I never knew they sold on eBay, especially since they are very against people buying their product on there.

I don't really remember, to be honest.. I just simply did a search for S techs on Ebay and came up with their posting.

I was toying with the idea of BCR coilovers for a while.. but b/c of my budget for the time being and wat many ppl have said about the S tech's, I thought it'd give em a try.

I will definitely keep you guys posted.

So stay tuned...

Still not bad... I wonder if that includes alignment? My mechanic told me alignment is about $99 on our cars. Does that sound reasonable at all?

Make sure they're legit springs. Tein doesn't want anyone buying springs off of eBay because many of them are counterfeit that looks almost identical to the real deal.

So true!! Thanks for the advice. Actually, I wanted to make sure they were legit too, so I checked to see if their shipping from address matched that of Tein headquarter's. I even called them before I bought the springs to know who I was actually talking to. I know too well that there are plenty of scams off the 'net.

I've been putting off lowering her for maybe a year, so it's good to get this big mod out of the way.... finally

The $315 is without alignment...$99 seems kinda high for an alignment but what can I say, I'm paying more for my install!
