I just wonder if anyone here knows how or have any bracket will help me install a lexus GS350/GS460 big caliper into either one of my 2000 GS400 and 95 sc300?

They are front pair caliper.

I am sure you can get brackets made but probably going to cost a lot. Why not do a ls400 or supra tt front caliper swap?

sessions says they are going to prototype some brackets. but its for LS430 calipers. might be the same no?
