im on extreme drop aswell (BC) got the 12/10 and on like 15-17 clicks! still not hard and not soft! But i hate the travel in the whole suspension. Slaming the upper arm in the tower all the time! Is there a way to stiffen the complete "linkage" up to prevent the travel by the arms?

if you are slammed, it is necessary that you go FULL STIFF. If it still annoys you, either cut a hole for the UCA to travel or raise it up a tad.

Are there any heavy duty bump stops out there for cases like these?

Back from the graveyard.

I also having problems with my BC Racing 10k/8k on full stiff and almost a inch of preload. I haven't got the Extreme drop kit but riding my car pretty low so now i having trouble with the shocks. The fronts feel like there blown because when i drive over a small bump in the road at 30+ mph it feels like the shock is hitting the bottum of the damper. I ordered some 12k spring to put on the front and now i'm hoping to solve the problem of hitting the maximum of the damper.

Can any tell/predict me the result of a stiffer spring??
Does the extreme drop kit have a stiffer shock or is it just the springs??

This is how my 2GS stands:

I'm as low as you and I don't have any problems, 8k/6k. Are you sure it's not your UCA hitting? Mines hit when i go over bumps since mines a soft setup. Also, you got a 1 year warranty free replacement, you can contact BC.

I have an issue, i've been stupidly adjusting my height with the top collar. The car seems to have a bit too much travel, how do i go about resetting the preload to factory so i can adjust my height properly? My spring rates are F:10kg R:8kg
