I've never rode in an IS equipped with Sport, but I know from an online source that the Sport's front is 0.4" lower while the rear stays the same.

i dont think the sport package is lower, but it does come with slightly better shocks. and F shift ****. not worth it IMO. just buy coilovers or springs if you want lower

you are confusing the sport package (06-10 package that added a lot of features and lowered the front 0.4 inches due to different springs in addition to the different shocks but didn't change the shift ****) and the fsport package (2011 only with a lot less content)...nobody has yet confirmed if the special suspension on the 2011 fsport package is the same as the 06-10 sport package though.

no change at idle really... once you're on it a bit it's a bit louder/deeper than stock, and above 3k you hear the intake come into it... neither is especially "loud" though as I got rid of an obnoxiously loud car (383 stroker, intake, headers, full exhaust, no cats, about 500 NA hp) when I got my Lexus.

The stock suspension is noticeably more luxury-oriented in comparison to the sports package suspension (not F-sport package, which I know nothing about).

I just checked the 2011 repair manual and the ride height specs for alignment are the same between the older sport package and the 2011. According to the numbers in there, the front is lower, but the rear is not.

0.4 inches lower I bet.

Sounds like they just re-used the old sport-package suspension for the F-sport package, while removing most of the other "luxury" features from it and replacing them with some cosmetic mods.

It is likely very similar. I don't know what is different, however all of the part numbers for the shocks and springs are different.

Would the Fsport 2011 suspension /spring & shocks fit the 06-10?

Visually I couldn't see the difference between non-sport and sport package equipped ISx50's. My 07 came with sport package.

I wonder what the differences are between the Fsport shocks and the shocks from the sport package?
