The front end feels loosey goosey during turn in, but when applying power coming out of a turn, the rear bracing comes in to play. Anyone with an LSD and has practiced drifting out of a turn will appreciate the additional rear bracing.
I agree....UR-RL2-932 doesn't tie to the lower suspension arm pivot point like the TOMS 6 links. Its only a straight bar that ties the bottom body points. It probably doing something for the body rigidity....better than no bar....but the TOMS 6-links do more for suspension and body bracing.

seems like I can't run the front lower bar..It'd be sheared off on the uneven freeway roads in no time

So weird to see the Ultra racing front lower brace works in conjunction with the OEM lower brace.

I can see why you would scrape.

I bit the bullet and bought the Ultra Racing 4-point rear chassis brace(UR-RL4-930)from the eBay seller in Malaysia. The seller says it fits a '00 Aristo 3.0T. The Tom's rear brace fits both the GS400 and 300. I'll let you know how it works out.

As a side note, my Carbing front chassis brace has been awesome. It replaces the OEM front chassis brace and is NOT an add-on as the Ultra Racing front brace appears to be.

Just a heads up for everyone, the rear chassis brace from the Malaysian eBay seller does NOT fit the U.S. GS. I'll be throwing mine up for sale for someone with a true Aristo body which must have a different undercarriage configuration. I'm bummed out.

Looks like the Tom's is still the only one for sale for our model GS. Going to try and get clarity from the seller as to which specific Aristo this chassis brace is for.
